Our no-dig market garden is inspired by the principles of Richard Perkins, focusing on working with nature rather than against it. We cultivate our beds using a mix of compost and soil, cover the paths with wood chips, and plant cover crops to keep the soil alive and healthy. By minimizing soil disturbance, we allow the ecosystem in the ground to flourish while ensuring excellent crop production.
The garden spans 3,000 m², and we grow a wide variety of vegetables, including tomatoes in our 6×12 m greenhouse. Through careful crop rotation and soil monitoring with regular analyses, we maintain nutrient-rich beds that produce high-quality vegetables all season.
Our market garden provides local markets, shops, and neighbours with fresh, seasonal, and sustainable produce, following regenerative growing practices.
