We collaborate with Eria de Valles to keep bees on our land, which helps pollinate the blossoms of our apple trees. In return, they produce honey from our flowers, making it a true win-win partnership.
Bees are incredibly important for biodiversity and for supporting life across the entire farm ecosystem. At the end of the year, we are delighted to harvest honey from our own land, a sweet reward for the work of these amazing pollinators.
