The Farm

In 2022, we purchased our 7 hectares farm that had previously been treated with pesticides, leaving the soil depleted and biodiversity disrupted. At the time, the land had potential, but it needed care, restoration, and a new vision.

Over the past four years, we have worked tirelessly to bring the farm back to life using regenerative practices. Since 2025, we are proud to be ecologically certified, confirming our commitment to sustainable and responsible farming.

On our farm, we have developed a no dig market garden, planted a syntropic food forest, installed a water system, and conducted a soil analysis to identify nutrient deficiencies. Our apple orchards have been carefully restored by removing unhealthy trees, new trees planted, and soil and tree health improved.

Our 50 sheep play an important role too: they graze the land using silvopasture methods, keeping the grass under control while naturally fertilizing the soil with their manure, helping us restore soil fertility and biodiversity. Their wool is collected and processed into yarn, ready for sale, allowing us to make full use of our flock in a sustainable way.

We sell our fresh fruit and vegetables locally, and for our cider apples, we collaborate with Sidra Fran in Lugones, ensuring that our apples are transformed into high-quality, local cider.

Every step we take is about restoring the land, supporting biodiversity, and producing food in harmony with nature.
